Directions

  1. From Key Bridge, turn right (east) on M Street. Turn right (south) at Wisconsin Avenue.
  2. Turn right (west) on Water Street to the very end.
  3. Meet at Capital Crescent Trail head, but we start / finish up the stairs on C&O Canal Towpath

Course

Out’n’back on the C&O Canal Towpath – no road crossings, completely flat and shaded

Post-Race Refreshments

Chadwicks Pub located at 3205 K Street NW is hosting a post-race happy hour! They will give each runner, with their bib, $5 appetizers including Cheeseburger Sliders, Nachitos, Chad-wings 10 pack, Cajun Chicken Eggrolls or build your own 3 topping pizza. They also will have $2.50 Miller Lites and Budweisers. See you there!!
