Ask the Coaches!
This is an opportunity to talk directly with one of three RRCA certified running coaches! While we are not medical doctors, physical therapists, or other sports medicine professionals, you can ask us questions related to your training. Training can include any distance from 5K all the way up to ultra-marathon. We will get back to you as soon as we can. You ultimately know your body the best, so we are not responsible for any injuries that may occur through your training; however we will give you our best tips and suggestions.
