Join DCCS and 405 Yoga studio for Yoga for Runners. This event begins with a group run on the Metro Branch trail, followed by a free yoga session at 405 yoga studio. This is a great opportunity for runners who may be shy about rolling out the yoga mat to try out some post-run poses.

Time: Meet up to run at 9 am
Free yoga class begins 10:15 am
Fun Run: Metro Branch Trail Route - 4.6 Miles total distance (Out and Back run)
Start Point: 1000 Florida Ave NE
Straight down L St NE towards 9th ST NE
Run 9 blocks (.6 mi) until you reach the Metro Branch Trail entrance just past 2nd st NE
Turn right onto the trail
Run 1.6 miles until you reach the end of the paved trail
Turn around at the end of the paved trail Franklin St NE
Run 1.6 miles back
exit trail and turn left on to L St
Run 9 blocks (.6 mi) back to start at 1000 Florida Ave NE and get ready to flow with 405 Yoga!
